Anyone buying at $3 would have to be pretty dumb to vote YES, given that by doing so they will be basically guaranteeing a loss for themselves (time value plus any fees). Why would anyone, whether it's Gina or an insto do something so irrational as to buy with the intention of making a loss?
No, I would say with great certainty that this buyer(s) definitely does not want the YES vote to happen
