buy side 3.00 10m.+
sell side 3.03. 10m +...sell side giving the impression that the stock is valued above $3.00...
ALB need to up there offer to
give LTR a premium.on the SP...the problem if they do up there offer , .the sell side will move to be just above the new offer ... imo
