I can't see TG just sitting back quietly and watching this scenario work out, especially with nothing to gain from another $3 bid except a different suitor for LTR control. Might as well just sell now to LTR? Perhaps if HP offered a higher price than $3 it might stand a chance? Also, why should TO & TG continue to do all the big work effort & risk to get LTR into production over next 6 months if there is nothing to be gained for them or holders other than whats on offer now? Surely ALB wouldn't just let this slip away to HP either?
