No one can make a DD without getting into data room including CE.
Also I've heard that CE is also staying away from LTR affairs of Hancock. He is smart, probably not supporting Hancock's meaningless actions over LTR because his company is also not much bigger than LTR and he is also in lithium and iron ore business like Hancock. If Hancock can make this attack to LTR then his company would be the next.
MIN has a lot of debt btw, and still increasing it. His assets might be the next target of Hancock he may think hence being silent and hesitating to give any more support to Hancock.
Greed is no good for anyone.
