@bubsmark, it won't play out this way imo. Both suiters have more firepower. ALB have access to further funding should they require. Either we get taken out at a premium to the current offer or we proceed with a JV I am banking on.
Euroz Hartley running out of weak shares to take, I am guessing. It is interesting that Euroz Hartley getting their commission from the buyer and they are willing to give up their commision from the seller, at least for significant share trades.
Whether she's at 15% or 19.9%, it makes no difference imo.
What's she going to do with her 19.9%? Destroy her investment? I think she underestimates the patience of shareholders here. The BoD aren't stupid either and heavily invested, alongside family members. They will want the best for themselves and us too.
