so what is suggested here and by many others on this forum is in a scheme of arrangement, where you can’t vote your own shares, you can get another party to buy enough shares to tip the vote in your favour, after the company is yours, you pay back that party in some significant way. So basically you are ‘paying’ another shareholder to help you by pass the rules.? While I can accept the system is somewhat rigged, this seems blatantly fraudulent.
