Yes that is quite possible how HP may end up involved with ALB post a successful SOA.
I was only referring to the SOA itself, if it passes we are all then non-holders of LTR so it ceases to be relevant what the ownership structure of the business is.
If the SOA doesn't pass, then a hostile takeover will be needed for even a joint HP/ALB entity to hold greater than 50% of LTR.
