If we have to give up a little to bring onboard the richest person in Australia and the biggest lithium company in the world, then so be it. You may think we can go it alone, but I don't. The shares for ALB would have to come by way of a share placement. They already have 5%. So would require approx 300 mil placement at $3. Small dilution for us but would raise approx. 900mil. We would have 400mil to spare to grow the company, acquire, special dividend, share buy back or whatever.
