Yes that is the unknown - perhaps she would provide the finance needed to finish the construction?
Certainly she would have the where with all to acquire the necessary finance fairly competitively however if the sale to ALB is blocked and doing a comparison of say LTR to PLS to IGO charts/SP across the period from when the $3 offer was pitched until now I would see a SP fall of up to 20% in the short term given all the other companies haven't moved upward across that time frame
