I struggle to understand them asking for more time. I guess it could be true that they genuinely want to resolve some outstanding matters, but I somehow doubt that. So why? They are already at "best and final", so they are out of ammo unless Hancock or another bidder sprays some offer that they can at least match.
I'm feeling quite comfortable right now and perhaps so does our BoDs. Exit ALB....
