Does Gina even have a plan or is she just a narcissistic brat? Sure she's a successful business woman but she's also made some bad investment decisions such as Vulcan to make me question her angle.
Part of me thinks she's on a power trip and wants to prevent others from taking something sitting in front of her. That's all we've seen so far. If she makes an offer then we'll know she's serious. I think if she had white knight status she would have helped fund our gap and kept the price high. She's temporarily screwed us over but time will pass, we'll see supply/demand shortfalls and the sector will see a bull run that can't be stopped IMO. Bring on relativity!
