I'll leave it up to you to point out why it isn't $3.00 and explain even though the BoD recommended shareholders vote in favour it's all wrong. They're not known for being sneaky with their anns.
While you're at it would you please let us know exactly what the conditions were, you said I know it, everyone knows it. I'm on record as agreeing that ALB ran out because they didn't have the funds... seen their anns lately?
Maybe you don't read anns, you just read the posts on here.
Over to you to twist the ann to suit your cause, good luck coz it looks like TG and the BoD have put a price of $3.00 on this.
