Thanks for the speedy reply, i too am near 20% with aus super.
I heard a while ago that if you buy through DRP or SPP/CR, then this doesnt count towards the 20% and because you are buying straight off the company (LTR) that it will still go through.
The 20% threshold relates to on market purchases.
My holding in LTR should go above 20% and complete if this is true.
Its a loophole as you would be disadvantaged otherwise if you couldnt participate.
Will let you know how i go.
