Now they say construction only 55% complete....
Is completion still due end of year?????
Unlikey to build another 45% in 2 months???
Is there announcement to say about delay????
Market very slow to notice this....
price will keep dropping...
Already gone from $1.90 to $1.50 in last 20 days....
Another 20 days close to $1....
Then we can buy back in....
Shorters right last time....
Will be right this time....
