Appreciate what you've said - and it's commonly held opinion by many
However from a business sense the most successful, it seems, way to scale up new tech is to start with smaller numbers, of larger and more costly models and slowly work the way down to more numerous, smaller models. This has many advantages - require fewer customers (demand), less factories and floor space to get started, less trial & error stuff ups to start, allows time for new tech to develop and (of course) miners time to supply this tech [read LTR here]
