As announced previously, the contract is worth ~$1 billion over four years and comprises operating costs,
sustaining capital and capital associated with the operation of the underground mine.
Comparison is about $250/t extra, this includes sustained capex of $171/t. Underground $73/t.
bear in mind, LTR plans to produce 6% spodumene concentrates which is selling at least 12.5% higher than other producers except Greenbushes.
