They've got to get to 20% or 360 million shares before anyone would take it seriously. To get there they'd have to be close to the current $2.50/share NPV value of KV. So it seems unlikely you could accumulate LTR slowly to build a stake. The only way to takeover LTR would be to walk through the front door with cash, IMHO. I see Gina's net worth is now about $40 billion, and they go way back to early deals done with Lang.
