We have an EV and an ICE, I can tell you for a fact that my EV costs significantly less. Zero running cost, very little maintenance (if anything), super convenient. The perfect vehicle for rising cost of living.
Not sure what the Chinese housing market has to do with EVs and lithium demand, but a good example of the nonsense I was talking about. Making something out of nothing...
