100%. They wouldn't have held all this time if it weren't for a dire need for cash on their part. They clearly saw lots of upside here, they didn't keep barraging us with higher and higher bids for no reason, they just needed cash. LTR is a solid company, ALB perhaps not so much (which explains why they wanted us so badly)
