I've also been thinking...
Azure Minerals is valued at $1.7B for 60% interest of their project and so a full realized value of $2.7B.. it has no MRE, no resource model, feasibility ect...
LTR today is valued $2.9B with a modelled resource, developed mine, and off-take agreements and not to mention much bigger resource and much higher grade!!
So why are these nearly the same price? Surely if you were offered both these projects it would be a no brainer on which one you would want.
My logic repeatably reasons that LTR is great value! It is only a matter of time. LTR, right now at this price, is one of those rare opportunities to buy and make a considerable amount of $$$
