Recent data by the SMM shows Chinese lepidolite and spodumene production decreasing 18.4% and 22.9 % month on month which goes against what GS has prevously stated..

..Some interesting info on X regarding Chinese Lepidolite/Spod. Its third hand info (SMM providing an update that Amal has repeated).
A key component of the over supply thesis from GS etc is that Chinese Lepidolite volumes and Chinese Spod volumes will increase rapidly.
Some information emerging from SMM that these Chinese volumes are decreasing. At a monthly volume of 2.06kt LCE of Spodumene (As context LCE content of 181kt of SC5.5 is 24.6 so total Chinese production is similar to what Core intended to be producing)..
