I sold out at 3.03, a few days before the offer was pulled. It was a very hard decision but a couple of factors that swayed that decision. Firstly, the SP was above the offer price, the board recommending the offer and it looked more likely that the deal would not go through. I expected a pullback to around $2.50 which I thought was more than any upturn, so risk vs reward - indicated sell. Additionally, I have owned PLS since they floated at 20c (looking for Tantalum in those days) and I did sell the majority of my shares at $5.11, but at the time PLS as other Li stocks were near the bottom of their 52 week low SP. This made me think that the pullback could be more severe. I have traded for more than 30-years and made many mistakes, the most important lesson, never fall in love with a company. I would like to get back into LTR, but at present, even with the low SP, I think there are a few risks so I will hold out a little longer (probably will not get the bottom, but that's OK).
