yes actually I was , although more so that we have failed to reduce the costs by opening up the market to enable further production of oil and gas so that pricing can be cheaper all around for all of due to the extra capacity.
don’t get me wrong it’s not an either / or discussion. I am just suggesting let the market decide what it wants to do - get out of the way and enable that to happen without false economic coercion- which depletes our competitive position as a country.
