JPM is a hedge fund? Loaning out their shares for shorting? I would imagine the percentage of shorts would have gone up suddenly, hence the extra flood of non-holders here today. CXO would have to be a long hold as I suspect they will be in caretake and maintenance mode for some time till things are good again.
