Although kinda joking (didn't expect LTR to go from $3 to back under $1), have a line of credit house loan set-up
So actually have sold (part of) the house to buy these units today and before. So it was true then and done as said (partly of course)
All in a tight budget of course, save the pay of your house first comments etc
