    I see it differently. Gina bought in at the level that ALB offered the take over. Retail could have sold on market at $3 at the same price ALB would have paid retail. Gina buy in hurts management not retail. Management and BOD could not sell at $3 on market that would have clearly hurt market confidence at the time. Now we are at 90 cents and clearly the industry is cleared up. Once it turned only the strong remain standing and I believe LTR is one of them. The long term holders know what LTR is made up off and the future will be good . I believe Gina will step up in some way to get finance for LTR or a full take over. This is all about business and Tim will also be pragmatic enough to deal his cards. Let’s see what happens in coming weeks
