JR, the question should be more like "How many startup companies survive in their first year". They need a debt facility or cash injection sorted soon for operations, and with global x lithium tanking again last night means banks won't touch this with a ten foot pole. This leave Gina, or a CR. Id say get CR going asap while the SP still high enough. Other option is C&M but the SP will tank either way no good. Glta
