South Korean govt acted quickly and banned shorting in certain circumstances to protect its companies . Our govt doesn’t need to give handouts but just ban shorting in companies that are explorers and developers until they become producers. Australian companies are being takenover cheaply but the govt is not there to help them. Ultimately Australian society is the loser of its national wealth.
