OZ Hartley might be a name you remember from Gina's buying spree. They are her brokers who pulled together her 19.9% stake
They believe the current price is in no way sustainable and very possibly suppressed. I think things are going to get a lot clearer this month following CNY and the pressure on restocking and the margin at current levels being below production cost let alone the capital cost. But that's just my take...
