I think Gina can make an on-market full take-over offer on Monday, and have a broker immediately stand in market at that price and take all comers.
The offer need not be full-some, or successful in obtaining a majority etc.
But of course, it may be.
And of course, Tesla, LG, Rio or BHP could do the same.
