Duly noted - fortunately as we have debt with a Govt agency there is considerable wiggle room - as opposed to the investment banking route that LTR is pursuing.
Like I said - if you are thinking of diversifying, not keeping all your eggs in one basket and/or hedging - go check it out - lots more info over there that will help allay your fears.
