As a follow-up to my post on potential IRA funding for LTR, this article I found this morning indicates that the US Department of Energy will have the Director of their Loan Programs Office not only attending the BMO Conference that LTR are attending in Florida in two weeks, he will also be giving a keynote address:

The Fairy Godmother may be providing financing, after all.
All my personal speculation, of course, but in the replied to post I indicated why it is that LTR would qualify for IRA funding.
