Actually, the SC6 spot price is not as applicable as you seem to think.

Our nameplate production is to be 511 ktpa (everyone says 500, but it's actually 511). All three of our OTAs are (in either Year 2 or 3, and moving forward) for 150 ktpa, each, totaling 450 ktpa. All three of the OTAs are specifically priced to an undisclosed formula which is based on the spot price of LiOH (not SC6). You can look at the individual OTA announcements, but this presentation from June 2022, which was an update after the rapid announcements of all three OTAs, clearly shows the pricing mechanism for our three OTAs on Slide 8 of 18:

The bit of SC6 we produce that doesn't go to the three OTAs (in theory, 61 ktpa) could be sold in the spot market, where the SC6 price would be germane, but the SC6 price is less germane than the LiOH price, for the bulk of our production.
