Yes, very probably. I struggled to find information on those mines but only found news with first production numbers for Bikita: 70,000 mt SC in Q4CY2023. I found no news for the other two mines after their commissioning, so who knows. Their chinese owners only publish their financial reports in chinese.
Anyway, my numbers are calculated as the best bearish case. Any deviation from my calculations (failure to reach nameplate capacity, worse SC quality,…) will only increase the supply deficit.
