Short sellers appear to be desperately trying to keep the SP In a range that suits them and total numbers are reaching crazy levels. Piling on more and more shorts increase their risk. In my opinion they are now waiting for the start up of commissioning as an opportunity to initially to buy into and drive the price higher, then to sell as FOMO from retail shareholders kicks in.
It's a tried and tested method. I for one will not be buying any LTR stock after an announcement. I have enjoyed the opportunity to do so during recent downside volatility. I am saying this only to warn mum and dad investors that short sellers sharks will play the swing trade.
