    Thanks WIO...

    two things...

    1. That is the first time I have ever heard a fund manager come out and say what people like @anatol have been saying for about a year now. Omg it is like banging your head against a wall trying to understand how the stated "surplus" could really happen when so much contrary information is in the public domain about failures of projects etc (AVZ was to be the big new supplier, but where are they?) and yet we have these bland statements published in newspapers etc that swear that all these new EVs are being produced without stretching supply chains for batteries or raw materials for batteries.

    2. Why don't we ever see a entity by entity list of the suppliers and consumers that represents the supposed data base that these "analysts" use to develop their thesis? I guess the obvious answer is that it is proprietary information which ppl have to pay for. But I don't buy it. Somewhere there would be detailed info in the hands of brokers that would leak etc. We haven't seen any convincing data to my knowledge.

    regards
    DF
