    If the feed ore grades 1.5% Li20, then you need 5 tonnes ore at 80% recovery rate to produce 1 tonne 6% grade concentrate (i.e. 1.5% * 5 * 80% = 6% grade concentrate). That means 2.5mtpa orefeed results in 500,000 tonnes 6% gade spodumene concentrate.

    Noting though LTR is actually building a 3mtpa facility (stage 1), with a view to expanding orefeed capacity to 4mtpa down the track.

    Achieving recovery rate is the key as the recovery rate is a key to costs per tonne.

    Quality is also about producing concentrate on spec, and LTR has that ability as the ore has low deleterious elements. Further info in:
