You are right, sometimes greed gets the better of people.
I'm sure many have learnt their lesson, and have regret.
I wasn't invested in LTR back then, but i was in AZS. When AZS received their first offer ($3.50) - i sold, because i saw what happened with LTR and didn't want to risk it. The SP then pumped to $4 on speculation, and eventually, got a better offer of $3.70 - so sometimes there is further upside. But its probably not worth the risk trying to squeeze the last drop.
In saying that, however - there is no point to keep rubbing it in to those that missed out.
Lets focus on the present, and the stock for what it is today.
