So we’re still yet see the next leg up on the back of falling markets and economic outlook at the minute. We achieved a higher high yesterday but followed up with a lower close on the verge of an upward leg. Not the kindest of days for investors today but we are in May and Mr Market will have its own way at times. A 4-6% drop across the board seems to be common so take it with a grain of salt as it’s not specific to one entity. The tide will turn eventually. Eyes on tonight’s NYSE with hope of some overselling upside. Good, bad or ugly it’s not a reflection of our progress when all markets respond at the same pace.

    • First shipment is at arm’s reach. When we prove we’re in production a solid re-rate is inevitable IMO.

    • Gina is not on the BoD, for a reason, and was desperate to prevent ALB from acquiring us. What’s her strategy and next move? She’s made commitments with Modi and there is nothing yet to support her promise in the near future. Is she in discussions with another suitor with intent on a JV? She’s already proven this to be a viable strategy.

    • AZS was taken over by Gina and SQM placing an equivalent value on Andover @ $2.8b with no MRE and Permitting on a space of land with a plant that’s not even close to being built. Where’s the parity when placing a value on LTR that has all but achieved production?

    • PLS currently have a MC of $11.5b so if an offer was made on their end they’d be expecting somewhere in the vicinity of $15b. Though I doubt it would convince them to offload when they see a more rewarding future ahead to be taken advantage of. The point is where does that leave LTR in respect to a viable offer once producing SC6+? ALB were keen on us @ $6.6b in 2023 when we were nowhere near as advanced as we are now so where does that leave us with potential as a TO target and what would the BoD be willing to entertain at this stage in the game? Adam Smits enthusiasm was clear as day when explaining the depth of thought that has gone into establishing a plant with so many advanced design features and I’m sure his passion for what’s coming is contagious among the directors.

    • If a proposal near term does come about its sure to burstour SP to the upside inciting a squeeze on the millions of shares shorted in one hit as we’ve already seen previously. You can see the desperation with the prolific down rampers desperate to spread FUD every single day. Their presence is questionable as to what they are attempting to achieve when claiming they’re not even invested in the stock.

    • When you look at the imagers and videos of the plant and mining operations it’s hard to imagine they’d let this go for a song. It’s a huuuuuge development and state of the art.
