Funny story … I bought most of mine back in those early days (or a bit before actually) your graph. The funny part is, at that time PLS was a company which had a proven up a deposit and was developing their mine, whereas LTR had only just identified the possibility of KV after showing something at Buldania… maybe you should consider the different stages of company development as part of your assessment of MC changes not just “time” ….
Add that to your growing list of things worth knowing about before investing along with how capital gains and losses actually work
