You only provided a screenshot, so I had to search for sources. I found SMM, which says that an significant number or customers is not asking for LiOH because they bring their own chemical. So SMM is fading as a credible source for prices. I also checked Fastmakers, and their methodology says nothing about the number of observations that is behind the range they give. So two observations fulfill their requirements.
Use this kind of sources and you will get what you deserve.

I've never forecasted huge earnings on LiOH prices. It was some of your colleagues who have forecasted significant loses on those indexes. I wanted to know how credible they were. Not really so much. So I discard them as a reference. And I'm not the only one.
