It is nonsense because if you enter into VA then Gina as a share holder and not a creditor carries no more weight than the average Joe punter here. 200m shares or 200 carries no extra weight.
It is in her interest now to see as low an SP as possible and make an offer prior to VA.
Creditors get to vote during administration not shareholders.
It should be noted i think the BOD here will decide to not proceed into full commissioning until a better climate for Lithium,
