According to you if it doesnt matter then you better let LTR management know as they have it wrong or thats what you have talked yourself into.
Its funny i mentioned department to your colleague and now you show up with similar dribble.
LTR will be just fine, they have the team, people and management all with the quals and industry experience to make this company a success.
Good luck with your opinion though, i dont and many others dont support it nor do they share the same view.
