Why would LTR think to merge with other lithium miner/refiner? That is in the nature of business. It is for lowering costs, growth and being more profitable, competitive and/or monopolisation of market. Sometimes it's necessary in the hard times of the market. Just think why Orocobre-Galaxy-Livent were merged. Who could LTR marge with? it should be a western oriented (including US free trade partners like LG of Korea or Sumitomo of Japan).ARCADIUM in that position in my opinion. Toyota is a partner.
