Why would LTR EVER want to merge with a company like that? Why would they need to?
LTR will be bigger than them within a year of production, that's my bet. LG are seriously looking at vertical integration with a refinery. This is the type of partnership I want to see. I am sure the likes of Tesla and Ford will support such a development too.
Being not linked to China is a masterstroke imho. They are on the nose.
