As far as I can investigate, that first posted "article" in @sentinel1221 post may be fake. Can the author provide a source please? I just really wonder how many fake articles and charts are posted when there is no attribution.
When I was at uni it was a fundamental requirement of assignments etc to provide a bibliography of references. It's a pity there is not such a requirement here and fake news can be broadcast with impunity.
