That's like arguing with the water vendor that is selling clear and clean pure water, that his price of a dollar a litre is too high because just a few metres down the road you can buy water for a cent a litre.
Trouble is that water came out of the local pond where animals drink and looks more like flat white than pure clean water and you will probably spend a lot of time in hospital recovering if you don't die after drinking it.
This is not even considering that only the board and need to know HQ staff have any idea of what the contract T&C's are with Ford/Tesla/LGES and now Beijing.
There may be clauses included for just these current conditions.
