2) BEOT (investment brokers) manipulation

3) EV take up has moderated due to early adopter saturation, infrastructure insecurities and above budget price point thresholds

4) Investor (general public and mum-n-dads) hesitation due to being ill (or at least under), informed

5) Shorters


* regarding number 4; I believe there is a "wait and see" common malady especially regarding any new area of venture. This usually results in a stampede when they realise, "Hey, this is real" and all charge for the dance hall.

In regard to the "time will tell" quip, there is speculation that the industry funds (super), are set to pull the trigger (soonish), when the stars are aligned, the ducks are in a row and the moon turns blue.
