Gina's crutch during the Albermarle saga was to indicate that LTR needed her through to the production stage. Thanks for caring Gina but the company is fully funded beyond production and heavily backed financially by Ford and LGES. They're also offtake partners with our best interests in mind (legitimate interest). If you want us then it's gonna cost you more than $3 cos there is no need for your financial support as you self proclaimed once upon a time. Dreams are free.
Her comments were not in our favour at the time and I'm sure Tim was not impressed to say the least. When you don't need to sell and you believe your company will become "cash city" then a takeover price is higher than it's market cap industry premium would suggest, and it will only keep increasing.
