Considering Half of Ltr shorts ie 130m were built after the share price dropped to 94 cents since end of January
I’m not ruling out a strategic move to suppress it for a takeover especially it’s commencing production at a valuation of 1/4 of closest peer - this MO has been subtly employed consistently in M&A
We know Ltr is now derisked and KV is the best lithium mine and therefore at any time remains as the most attractive tier 1 target. They also have Buldania as a freebie in a takeover
I’m not expecting Gina to request a seat on the Board btw otherwise she would have done it. She’s here for a big catch.
Since greenbushes is depleting fast, Alb may even rethink working with Gina; alternatively she can extend her partnership with SQM or Rio to take us.
I could be wrong it’s anyone’s guess
